1. Returns
Due to the nature of perfume products (hygiene and safety reasons), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered

The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue

2. Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or used perfumes

Products returned after the allowed return period

Items purchased during special sales or discounts (unless damaged or defective)
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost
